Vintage Unopened NOS "NEW Cutter Hi-Lo Snake Bite Kit" - Designated "Official" by The Boy Scouts of America.  BSA
Package is in rough shape: The cardboard is dirty, scuffed, and creased.  The plastic "blister" that holds the kit in the cardboard is cracked.  See photos.
