Very cool letter opener from the Kiwanis Club of Greater Vallejo, CA. It's in nice shape. The cap comes off to reveal a pencil eraser! Has been in a desk drawer for years! Perfect gift for a Vallejo collector, or a Kiwanis historian! Shipping is FREE!
