    In the 1950's, my mother liked to go to the Greyhound Racetrack in Brockton MA, and my father found this for her in an antique shop. That is all I know about this item. It weighs 6 ounces, and I do not know what metal this is. Did not try to clean it, so I do not know if this dark part is tarnish, or the finish. The base is solid wood. The item is 5 inches long, and 3 inches high.
