The StarTech GLCT10PKST Gigabit SFP transceiver module is a cost-saving, high performance solution, great for large-scale deployments or installations on multiple devices. It offers reliable, cost-efficient Gigabit Ethernet connections over single-mode/multi-mode fiber media. It is compatible with 1 Gigabit networking equipment as well as media converters. The SFP transceiver module measures 2.7" x 0.6" x 0.5" and features zinc-plated casing enclosure for added protection. It has RJ-45 female port for connectivity and supports 1000Base-T LAN network to transfer data at 1000 Mbps, up to distance of 100 m. 100% compatibility with Cisco GLC-T guaranteed. StarTech SFP modules are backed by a lifetime warranty. Uses a cost-effective cabling alternative to fiber-optic set ups.
