Southern Railroad Silver Plate Logo???.
Another one that I am not sure about, My thought is that this was intended to be soldered onto the side of a piece of silver plate, much like the raised keystone on the side of some Pennsylvania Railroad items, but that is just a guess on my part.
It is about 1/2 inch across.
This is a vintage used item, Please study the photos to make your own determination of condition, and I will be happy to answer any questions if possible.
