The set consists of: arugula, radish, Mitsuna, watercress, daikon, MIX seeds (alfalfa, Mitsuna, watercress, radish). Microgreens are young plant shoots in the phase of the first two leaves, which contain the maximum amount of vitamins and nutrients. Microgreens are added fresh to sandwiches, salads, soups, green cocktails, smoothies, as a side dish to main dishes and decoration.
