Condition is "New" old stock from 1996. That was taken care of and kept in a cool, dark, and temperature controlled atmosphere in a "smoke free" home.
This is a collectors edition, stock number 16148 and the collection number *045535* (all come individually numbered!) and was never opened, original from factory with the Star fleet Display base!
