This little kit is only 2 1/2" wide x 3 1/4" high and is only 1 3/8" thick at its' widest point and is built into a small padded nylon case that began it's life as a Flash Drive Case.

Heavy Duty Nylon Sheath, Padded w/Zipper:
Gray, with black attachment loop and a 3-sided medium duty zipper.  This little pouch is pretty tough...it was marketed as a Flash Drive Case....but it is much happier now after being transformed into a gear kit. The included Nite-Ize #0 S-Biner can loop through the attached nylon carry loop and catch the eye of the zipper...meaning that this case will stay CLOSED during carry or in your bag.
(1) UST Micro Signaling Mirror:
At only 1.5" x 2" this one of the smallest signaling mirrors that have a reflective grid aiming device.  Heavy duty construction with a lanyard hole and is packed into a small ziplock bag for protection.  Made by Ultimate Survival Technologies...and made tough to last.
(1) UST Razor Saw:
This is a small cutting/sawing tool that has (2) folding blades housed in a hard plastic finger handle.  Complete with a razor blade and a jigsaw blade...it gives you two tools in one saving space in the kit.  Hunter Orange handle for visibility in the field.  Made by Ultimate Survival Technologies
(1) Water Bag, Flexible Plastic, 1+ Quart Capacity:
This water bag is made from food grade flexible plastic with integrated gusseted bottom and fold-over tabs for closure.  This bag is marked for 1 QT. filling to use with water purification tablets.  The bag can be filled with water, then folded over several times and held in place with plastic coated wire tabs for secure closure.  Folded for the kit, the bag measures 2 1/2" x 2" x 1/8" Thick.  This bag is heavy duty and ready for real use...
(10) LF Tarred Nylon Bank Line, #9:
This is a small but invaluable coil of bank line that is about the thickness of 2 strands of paracord guts wrapped together....but this stuff is much tougher and can hold a knot better.  Made in the USA down in the bayous of Louisiana by real fishermen.  Best product available.
(1) UST Micro Spark Wheel:
All metal brass construction that is small, but can still be held in one hand to fire a spray of sparks onto a tinder bundle in order to light a fire.  Basically, this little guy is the 'guts' of a Zippo (type) lighter...a small flint is rotated against a wheel...and Voila....shower of sparks.  Screw-Bottom allows the replacement of the flint.  (2) Extra Flints included.  Made by Ultimate Survival Technologies...and made to last.
(5) Tinder-Quick Firestarting Tabs
:  These tabs will light even when wet.  Just fluff them up a little bit and they will light with a spark from your Ferro bar and Striker.
(8) Strike Anywhere Matches, White Tips
:  Sealed in a small zip-lock bag and taped for extra protection.  The classic standard that packs small and delivers when needed.  Smaller than a storm type match, but doesn't need a special striker to get the game on.  Fresh production and ready to go.
The following items are part of a comprehensive fishing kit.  These small items are packed into a small plastic vial with a watertight push on rubber cap.
(1) Plastic Vial, w/Cap
:  This little tube holds all of the loose fishing gear.  Semi-Rigid thick plastic walls won't crack or split and comes with a tight fitting flexible black vinyl cap that won't come loose....but is easy to remove.

:  These small balloons are to be used as a fishing bobber when inflated and tied into an emergency fishing rig.
(50) LF Braided Fishing Line, Green, 20 lb.
:  Braided fishing line is much more friendly for a tight wind and will not explode into a hot mess of tangles when needed like cheap mono-filament line.  The line is pre-wound on a flat plastic sewing bobbin.  The line is Stealth brand Spider Wire 20 pound test and is extremely strong.  Can also be used for sewing.  In my opinion, this is the BEST fishing line for survival kits.....it has very little wrap memory when deployed and is REALLY strong.
The following First Aid items are packed throughout the kit in order to fill every nook and cranny...
(4) Medi-Strips, Adhesive Wound Closures:
These adhesive strips are the best way to close a leak in the field.  Extremely good adhesion will greatly aid in stemming flow from a minor cut or wound.  Non-Sterile.
(1) Packet of Triple Anti-Biotic Ointment:
Help prevent infection from small cuts and minor wounds.
(10) Oasis Water Purification Tablets:
Enough to treat (2 1/2) gallons of water for safe drinking.  Individually sealed packets that each treat (1) Liter/Quart of suspect water.   Add one tablet to a quart of water and wait for at least (30) minutes before drinking.  Sometimes cold or turbid water requires more time or additional treatments.  Please learn how to safely use water purification tablets prior to use.
The following items are important tools that are all included in the kit...
(1) Button Compass, Grade A, 3/4"/20 MM, Liquid Filled:
I got sick and tired of cheaply made compasses....I buy 50 and only 20 'sort-of' point North.  NO MORE.  These are GRADE A, Liquid Filled with a Luminous Dial and damp very quickly for it's size.  Easy to see and use, these compasses from the Sun Company are among the best in it's class.
(1) Whistle
:  Gun Metal Gray, Aluminum Whistle w/ plastic airflow piece.  No pea or ball. ...that works when wet or cold.  Very loud signaling whistle packed in a small size.
(1) Streamlight "Nano" LED Flashlight, Black
:  This little light is fantastic.  Made of aluminum and it houses a 5mm LED bulb with over a 100,000 hour life.  Batteries are included...(4) IEC-LR41.  8 Hour run time.  Less than 1 1/2" long and utilizes a twist to turn-on switch which I tape open to insure that it won't run-out in the kit by accident.  The bulb is recessed into the head housing to prevent it from damage.  Great little light!  I love this thing!
(1)  Nite-Ize #0 S-Biner:
This little 'biner can be kept on the case/zipper or stowed inside for pocket carry.  Plastic....various subdued colors.  Heavy Duty for real carry.
(2) 1/2" Spit Rings:
I've added a couple of split rings where needed to keep the gear in it's place.  The Razor Saw is ringed to the flashlight...so you can open the top of the case and remove the Nano for use....being firmly attached to the Razor still in the case.
