Spectrum network, or any network.
A few have only been tested by connecting it's HDMI port to an HDMI display.
They all power on and display basic Spectrum menu's.
Due to no service no further testing could do done.
No service is included, no access cards are included.

I do include the one 12 volt power adapter I used the test these for powering on.
