    Long Island Railroad Assistant Conductor Hat Badge 24797. Sold with two fasteners. Please see photographs of this beautiful stamped metal badge still in original plastic bag. Carefully shipped via USPS with tracking information.
    This style badge was issued in 1984 but because of a grievance filed by the union representing conductors and assistant conductors the badges lasted for only one year.  The union objected to the employee number being displayed on the badge.
