This is an original large Antique oil Painting on canvas featuring a scene at the finish of the White City London Greyhound Race, dating to circa 1929, fully signed bottom left by the artist E. Campbell,  the painting is in good condition, there is an old bump to the top of the canvas as can be seen in our photograph, not framed, overall size of canvas approx. 20" x 13"
This is a very rare and important early historical oil painting showing one of the very first Greyhound Races in England, the painting shows the finish line where the photo finish marker shows White City Race 2 and the fencing is marked GRA for the Greyhound Racing Association this painting was painted at the very beginning of the sport.
