Date printed is NOT an expiration date but a sell by date. Yes I know what I says, but I also know what it means. Trust me, you run a mush greater risk to your health by eating out than by drinking ‘expired’ shelf stable milk.As far as the curdled milk, my guess is it got warm during transport. Now that you can throw out.

My daughter loves this. I wish it comes with a full fat variety though instead of just 2%Plus point for being conveniently shelf stable.Otherwise it still tastes great and is reasonably priced.

I love this milk! I refrigerate as soon as it arrives for better taste, but it is a hit with my elementary aged son and alk his buddies. I always bring to his hockey games and the kids love it! First drink to go!
