Gold and silver articles and writing implements were produced. In 1980 the name Elysee was designed for their writing instruments. As for a jewelry manufacturer, the quality of the writing instruments was very high. At the end of the 1990s, the company could no longer assert itself in the fierce competition in the writing instrument industry and stopped producing writing instruments in 2000. The pencil in the auction is from the Dynamic series and is made of stainless steel and has a lead thickness of 0.5mm.

This factory was opened in 1925 in Pforzheim by Paul Dummert. The new owners (1970 Mr. W Klein and Mr Benziger) decided in 1980 that it is expedient for the company to have its own brand and the name Elysee was conceived. In 2000 the factory Elysee stopped to produce pens, so there won't come new models anymore.
