which is approx. 1" in diameter circa 1920's-30's.   The brass ID Medal is struck:
"Brotherhood Railroad Trainmen, ACCIDENT B & RT, HEALTH"
on the obverse, and
"If Injured or Unconscious to Identify Me 36869 Telegraph this Number to the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, Cleveland, Ohio"
on the reverse.   This vintage ID Badge is in Near Mint/Mint condition,
However grading is very subjective and I recommend you examine the photos carefully.
